I recently received some photographs of Abercynew Terrace and the colliery area of

Llanhilleth taken in 1956, and the coloured one in 1969. Many thanks to Mr and Mrs Pat Kirk,

 from Bedfordshire, whose grandparents lived "down the dust hole". 

They have kindly allowed me to put these on the site.
